Companies today are submerged in an ocean of diverse information ranging from paper documents, presentations, scanned images to graphics, e-mail messages and zip files. And this information is scattered across different locations, such as shared network resources, numerous web-sites, ftp-sites, business applications, portals, etc. All these data constitute unstructured content. It is impossible to operate without this content, but it is extremely easy to get confused.

Analysts estimate that the volumes of unstructured data of enterprises across all industries tend to increase annually by 65-200%. It is increasingly difficult to retrieve the necessary information. Employees are not able to classify information competently; they are unaware whether a document has any value, which of its versions is the latest one, who has access to the document, etc.

Russian Federal Tax Department	"Documents – Archive" System is based on ELAD technology
National Training Foundation	A customized solution ELAD - ER (ELAD - Electronic Regulations) for automating the document workflow and establishing electronic regulations is based on the Oracle Workflow and ELAD technology. Since April 2004 the system has been in operation at the National Training Foundation. In 2006 a new Corporate Portal based on Oracle AS Portal technologies was integrated with the system.
Polyus-Gold	The project included implementation of an automated system of the corporate document workflow and optimization of the business processes. Electronic Cards Repository embedded into the workflow system is based on ELAD technology. The project was completed in 2005.
Comstar-United Telesystems	The project provided integration of 5 internal systems of different functional purpose (Docflow, Agreements Tracking, etc.) in accordance with the business logic of the company
EOUG (Europe, Middle East & Africa Oracle User Group)	The ELAD-ESN project (EOUG Solutions Network) for EOUG (Europe, Middle East & Africa Oracle User Group) was developed and implemented on the basis of ELAD-IE technology.
Government of Moscow	As part of the governmental target program “Electronic Moscow” the project for creating a Unified Document Flow System for the Mayor’s Office and the Government of Moscow is currently underway. The system is based on ELAD technology which allows for storage and management of documents as well as supports creation of glossaries, reference materials and organizational structure.
Architecture and Construction Agency of Moscow	An archive system for project documentation (design, construction and budgeting) in the city of Moscow based on ELAD technology. The project was implemented jointly with “Systems and Projects Development Bureau” JSC.
