Access to data and document management via the Internet.

Advantages

Modular scalability of the system.

Customization of the system based on user needs.

Coordination and interaction of data archives located in different offices or departments, based on the transfer of exchange files. Exchange files can be transmitted by any means and do not require additional processing or conversion when transmitted from similar systems.

ELAD-Archive is compatible with any programs and various database management systems installed at the organization.

ELAD-Archive stores documents in the open .xml format and does not require the purchase and installation of additional programs for the downloading and editing of .xml files. As a result, the system provides access to any point in the document without scrolling. Hyperlinks can be created both within documents and between different documents. Information about cross-references and different document versions can be included in the body of the document and transmitted together.

Users accessing the system through the Internet can search documents by using parameters in their summaries as well as context, view documents and their summaries and save user copies of documents in the .html format.

The system can be scaled based on customer needs and can be transferred to any platform supporting J2EE technology.

The system supports the creation and authentication of electronic signatures using encryption technologies certified by the Russian Federal Agency of Government Communications and Information (FAPSI). The format of open key signature certification conforms to Version 3 of the international standard X 509 and meets the requirements of the Russian Federal Law on electronic digital signatures.

The application server and the client part are implemented using the Java™2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE™) technology. The system can be scaled and can migrate to any platform supporting the virtual Java machine. It is easily managed and tuned.
