Integrated system "One-stop Point for the Citizens" constitutes the core element of the Moscow model of the administrative reform in Russia. Main government services and other administrative activities of the authorities are performed automatically. Applications of the citizens are forwarded and tracked via a specially designed portal http://okno.mos.ru. The system provides "on-demand" interaction with 85 external systems in total. It is based on the advanced SOA technologies — Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle BPEL Process Manager.
Moscow City-Wide System of Electronic Interaction
A city-wide system of electronic interaction unites the whole variety of the integrated compatible branch and department local systems of the Moscow government. This meta-system combines the information available from all the resources in the city, forming in summary the central repository of the city web- services. Its architecture is based on Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies — Oracle AS Portal, Oracle BPEL Process Manager and Oracle Web Service Manager.
Integrated Billing System for the Municipal Utilities Department of the Moscow City Government
The Integrated Utilities Billing System is designed to support the provision of the utilities billing services to the citizens. The system includes a district-level data warehouse and operational reporting sub-system. In 2006-2007 the system was launched in the South-Eastern, North-Eastern and Central Administrative Districts of Moscow.
