Fastcom 11 is a telecommunication billing system.

FORS Development Center has been involved in development and deployment of Fastcom billing system since 1998. To date its various versions have been installed at many telecommunication operators.

In 2006 a new Fastcom 11 system was produced and certified. This is a highly sophisticated billing system with a servicing capacity of up to 10 million subscribers. The software update offers amplified functional capabilities, including integration with the IPTV platform.

Fastcom 11 is based on Oracle 11g DBMS and provides enhanced capabilities in addition to operational capabilities of previous versions:

adaptation to any telecommunication technological processes;

integration with external systems based on a universal event processing facility;

setting to process primary data from any sources.
